Debra has also trained professionals throughout North America in Workplace Mediation for The PULSE Institute from Calgary, Alberta Canada and the Mediation Training Institute from Kansas City, Missouri. She is on the panel for Mediation Workplace Institute, Inc. (MWI) and for the Department of Navy through Peninsula Mediation. Debra also achieved recognition as an Advanced Practitioner in Workplace Mediation by the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR).
Debra, a certified CINERGY Conflict Coach uses the CINERGY model to help reduce the confusion that people experience about their conflicts with others. Conflict coaching increases competence, confidence and courage to address conflicts that occur in daily work and personal lives.
